Category: Rare Breast Tumors

slide 3 of 4

Comments:
This is an example of adenolipoma variant of breast hamartoma. The lesion is well-circumscribed and appears encapsulated. It was composed predominantly of mature adipose tissue and breast parenchyma (central whitish area) which showed fibrocystic changes.
