Comments:
This low-grade phyllodes tumor show PASH-like changes in stroma. Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) is a myofibroblastic proliferation seen in the breast consisting of slit-like spaces lined by myofibroblasts. It has resemblance to angiosarcoma. Other stromal changes seen in phyllodes tumor include adipose and osseous metaplasia.
