Comments:
Note the hyperemic appearance of the lesion extending from 7 o'clock to 9 o'clock. There was no associated palpable mass. In cases with palpable mass beneath the nipple, the underlying tumor is usually invasive ductal carcinoma.return to Paget's Disease of Nipple
