Comments:
Secretory (Juvenile) carcinoma of the breast is a rare tumor that was initially described in children but the majority of cases have been reported in adults. Grossly, it is usually small and well-circumscribed. The tumor cells have abundant vacuolated cytoplasm. The intraductal and invasive components may display papillary, microcystic and cribriform growth patterns.   return to Secretory Carcinoma
