Comments:
Immunoreactivity for Placental-like Alkaline Phosphatase (PLAP) with cytoplasmic membrane staining and some cytoplasmic staining is a quite sensitive and specific test for ITGCN. Generally less than 1% of non-neoplastic spermatocytes show staining with PLAP.
