Comments:
Seminiferous tubules with intratubular germ cell neoplasia showing large cells with clear cytoplasm, enlarged vesicular nuclei, and prominent nucleoli. There is no spermatogenesis. The tubular basement membrane is thickened; this was an atrophic undescended testis.
