Comments:
Histiocytoid tumor cells are arranged in short linear strands in a concentric fashion around a couple of ducts. Histiocytoid carcinoma is a rare variant of infiltrating lobular carcinoma and pursues an aggressive clinical course. It is immunoreactive for GCDFP-15 - a marker of apocrine differentiation.
