Comments:
Histiocytoid carcinoma is an uncommon variant of infiltrating lobular carcinoma. The tumor cells have abundant granular foamy cytoplasm. It has also been referred to as myoblastoid carcinoma given its resemblance to granular cell tumor (granular cell myoblastoma) - a feature that is particularly well seen in this example.
