Comments:
Infiltrating ductal carcinoma, Grade III (using Nottingham modification of Bloom-Richardson system - the grade is obtained by adding up the scores for tubule formation, nuclear pleomorphism, and mitotic count). The tumor cells are highly pleomorphic and are arranged in solid sheets.
