Idiopathic Granulomatous Orchitis

Comments:
The predominant histologic finding in idiopathic granulomatous orchitis is intratubular infiltrates of epithelioid histiocytes, lymphocytes, and plasma cells. Necrosis and well-formed granulomas are usually not seen.
