Comments:
The lobules are lined by actively secreting epithelial cells with vacuolated cytoplasm. Secretions may accumulate in the glands. The cells have basophilic cytoplasm, hyperchromatic nuclei with prominent nucleoli, and inconspicuous myoepithelial cell layer.   return to Lactating Adenoma
