Fibroadenoma is a benign tumor that arises from the epithelium and stroma of terminal duct-lobular unit. Grossly, the fibroadenomas are small, well-demarcated, firm, grayish-pink masses. The cut surface is bulging with a whorled appearance.   return to Fibroadenoma
