PIN-4 Cocktail in Prostate Cancer

Comments:
Immunostaining with PIN4 cocktail (HMWCK, p63, AMACR) shows strong immunoreactivity for AMACR (red chromogen) and the absence of basal cells in malignant glands. The benign glands show intense brown staining in a basal cell distribution.
