Cavernous Hemangioma of Liver

Comments:
Hemangioma is the most common benign neoplasm of the liver. Most cases are discovered incidentally. Some cases may present with rupture. It is usually of cavernous variety (shown here) and consists of dilated vascular channels lined by flattened endothelial cells.   return to Mesenchymal Tumors
