Comments:
FLC characteristically contains cords and clusters of large, polygonal tumor cells separated by dense fibrous septa in parallel arrays. The tumor cells have large nuclei with prominent nucleoli and abundant granular eosinophilic cytoplasm. As in conventional HCC, there may be acinar structures (seen here), bile canaliculi, multinucleated tumor cells, and fat.
