Comments:
The tumor consists of papillary fronds and ductal structures lined by pseudostratified columnar epithelium with abundant cytoplasm. Since this tumor has proven to be of prostatic origin beyond doubt, the terms endometrioid and endometrial adenocarcinoma of the prostate have been abandoned in the favor of prostatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
