Comments:
The architectural features of this small focus are highly suspicious for cancer. The glands are small, distroted, and infiltrative in appearance. However, the nuclear enlargement and hyperchromasia is minimal and there are no prominent nucleoli. Moreover, some of lining epithelial cells are flattened and appear atrophic.
