Pseudomyxoma peritonei resulting from a low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm (mucinous cystadenoma); same case as the previous image. Higher magnification reveals mucinous epithelium lining the cystic wall. The epithelium is pseudostratified with numerous goblet cells and lacks significant cytologic atypia.
