Comments:
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma can rarely present in the small intestine. Atypical lymphoid cells are seen infiltrating throughout the bowel wall. Areas of necrosis are present. The ileum is more commonly involved than jejunum or duodenum. Survival is slightly worse than the lymphomas of the stomach or rectum.
