Comments: This patient with history of papillary urothelial carcinoma of bladder presented with an erythematous slightly raised lesion involving his penile and scrotal skin. There are intraepidermal clusters of atypical cells with associated hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, and papillomatosis.

Comments: The clear appearance of cytoplasm in Paget’s disease is due to their abundant content of neutral and acidic mucopolysaccharides which can be demonstrated by PAS stain (shown here).

Comments: The malignant cells are usually immunoreactive for EMA and Carcinoembryonic antigen (shown here) and negative for S-100 protein and HMB-45 (helpful in separating it from melanoma).
