Nodal involvement by mantle cell lymphoma can show three possible architectural patterns - mantle zone, nodular, or diffuse. This case had a predominant nodular pattern. Transitional areas between different patterns may be seen. When nodularity is prominent, it may be confused with follicular lymphoma at low magnification.
