Pheochromocytoma

Comments:
Another typical case of pheochromocytoma showing small nests of tumor cells incompletely separated by fibrovascular septa. The patient was a 60 y/o female with history of hypertension and chest pains. An abdominal CT scan showed a 2.0 cm right adrenal mass. The tumor was positive for NSE and chromogranin A.
