Comments:
Infantile hemangiomas have a predilection for the head and neck region and are also referred to as strawberry nevus. They appear shortly after birth and majority regress spontaneously by age 7 years. In the early phases of the lesions, plump endothelial cells line vascular channels many of which have small or inconspicuous lumens.
