Comments:
This lesion is the result of faulty ossification rather than a true neoplasm and is almost exclusively seen in childhood and adolescence. The most common site is the metaphysis of long bones. The radiographic appearance is characteristic consisting of well-demarcated, eccentrically located lucency with sclerotic margin.
