Comments:
Higher power view shows mild nuclear pleomorphism. Differential diagnosis includes apocrine carcinoma, histiocytic and granulomatous lesions. Strong diffuse immunoreactivity for S-100 and CEA and negativity for epithelial markers supports the diagnosis of granular cell tumor. Treatment is by wide excision.
