Comments:
Intracholecystic Papillary-Tubular Neoplasms (ICPNs) with Intestinal Phenotype: They have tubular and/or villous architecture and resemble tubular adenomas of the intestine. They are lined by tall columnar epithelium with basophilic cytoplasm, cigar-shaped pseudostratified nuclei, and prominent nucleoli. They show dysplasia ranging from low-grade to high-grade. This case has high-grade dysplasia. Immunohistochemically, there is positivity for CK20, CDX2 and MUC2.
